হিসাব সংরক্ষণ, বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি, প্রতারণা প্রতিরোধ এবং আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা পূরণের জন্য লেনদেনের রেফারেন্স, পেমেন্টের অবস্থা ও সংশ্লিষ্ট অর্ডারের তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করা হতে পারে।

৬. লোকেশন ব্যবহারের অনুমতি

পিকআপ লোকেশন নির্বাচন, রাইড বুকিং, ডেলিভারি ট্র্যাকিং, নেভিগেশন-সংক্রান্ত সুবিধা এবং কাছাকাছি সেবা খুঁজে দেওয়ার জন্য Shiplyo আপনার ডিভাইসের লোকেশন ব্যবহারের অনুমতি চাইতে পারে।

অ্যাপে বাস্তবে যে ধরনের লোকেশন সুবিধা চালু রয়েছে, সেই অনুযায়ী লোকেশন ব্যবহার করা হবে। ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড লোকেশন ব্যবহার করা হলে তা সংশ্লিষ্ট ফিচারের প্রয়োজন, বাস্তবায়ন এবং প্রয়োজনীয় অনুমতি ও তথ্য প্রকাশের সঙ্গে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ হবে।

আপনি ডিভাইসের সেটিংস থেকে লোকেশন অনুমতি বন্ধ করতে পারবেন। তবে এর ফলে কিছু লোকেশনভিত্তিক সুবিধা ব্যবহার করা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।

৭. তথ্য সংরক্ষণের সময়সীমা

সেবা প্রদান, বুকিং ও লেনদেনের রেকর্ড রাখা, বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি, প্রতারণা প্রতিরোধ এবং আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা পূরণের জন্য যতদিন প্রয়োজন, ততদিন আমরা আপনার তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করতে পারি।
